There are a range of qualities that make or break a potential leader of a team. Without presenting the decade following qualities, your position as a leader may be dropped since May your team respect you unless:
1) You must be courageous - you must be brave and confident about yourself as a person and the role you perform. Nobody wants to be taught by someone who lacks courage and confidence.
2) Use the control self - we must be sure that you keep yourself always controlled, no matter the circumstances. Someone who can not control themselves can therefore not expect others to be in control when you work in your team.
3) take the right decisions - Be fair and just because a leader who makes poor and / or biased decisions will not keep any relation to members of his team.
4) Take final decisions - be quick (but not reckless) with decision making. Hesitation will slow your team and May irritate some members of your team more hungry. So be sure to make good decisions, but quick.
5) Specific plans - make sure you have a comprehensive plan of work that must be taken. Then be sure your plan is adhered to as rigidly as possible. Without a plan, you and your team will soon be lost, not knowing what to do next.
6) Be prepared to do more than you're paid to do - unfortunately, as a leader, you sometimes have to work longer just to get the required work done (or to resolve disagreements between team members, for example). It is relatively common, so be prepared to do more work than you're paid to do.
7) You have a good personality - Having a good personality, easy access is essential for any leader. You do not want members of your team not wanting to communicate with you some reason, so be nice to earn respect, and your team will grow and improve together.
Sympathy - arguments and Questions always arise when working in teams. You must be very understanding and helpful when these things arise.
9) Accept full responsibility - As a leader, it will be your responsibility if there are problems, delays or something wrong with the team. A good leader should be confident enough in himself or herself to assume responsibility for such problems.
10) Cooperation - be happy to cooperate with others in your team and illustrating the principle of cooperative effort with your team, your followers will follow.
