Another fantastic flour tortilla recipe can be prepared by buttering a side of the tortilla, and then sprinkling a tbsp of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon on the butter. Roll the tortilla up and butter the alternate side. Spray a little more sugar and cinnamon on it and then cook it for a few minutes at 375 degrees F.
This crispy, golden brown treat takes about a minute to cook and can be served with whipped cream, ice cream or a can of fruit pie filling for a super-fast dessert. Clearly this one will take longer to make if you have to preheat the oven, so it is advised to do that before hand or use an oven that is already hot from cooking another recipe.
