Bed Inflatable
In my last article, I began to share with you the essential nutrients play in controlling weight and maintaining a style healthy living. We discovered that the nutrients are made up of seven basic groups (carbohydrates, fat, fiber, protein, minerals, vitamins and water). We also learned that healthy food contains all the nutrients our body needs for health and wellness. Yet, unfortunately, precisely at this critical juncture, making good nutrition, where we see masses of people falling woefully short. It is this stage, where all the problems come in.
Most people have little or no understanding of what constitutes food, good nutrient packaged. Our concept of food, particularly in Western societies has been altered so that most people do not recognize or appreciate good food, even when it is placed in front of them. For those living in Western countries, "food" means something that comes from a box, can or bag. But if food is to give our body all the essential nutrients it needs to be healthy, whereas orders pawned off as "food" can not possibly be the real thing.
"Why do you say, "Do I hear you ask? Because the overwhelming majority of the mass-produced and manufactured "food" is nothing more unnatural Man Transformed, artificial, manufactured chemical infested, and more and GMO / GE poison that is barren of almost all the essential nutrients you need to stay alive and healthy, that's why! More food is processed and changed from its natural state, and more additives pumped in her nutrition, the less it contains and the more deadly it becomes your body.
If you want proof, just look to America. In the U.S., the Big Three (not the car companies) killer diseases are heart disease, cancer and stroke. Diabetes and hypertension also do more than their fair share of carnage. All these diseases are linked undeniable and indisputable, you guessed it, what people eat. If you know something about the power of the West, then you know it's a cocktail malatoff much too fat (and the bad fat), too much protein, too much sugar (refined / processed sugar), and too much salt.
This is only the beginning excess. In future articles we will examine these and other harmful overeating in more detail, look what you can do to prevent food "unhealthy," and how replacing it with delicious, healthy, authentic food. In the meantime, please consider carefully what the Bible says.
